Operational approach

1.Preparation: Before starting the installation of the hexagonal gabion net, adequate preparation work needs to be carried out. This includes ensuring the readiness of the construction site, clearing the ground, removing obstacles, and determining the location and layout of the stone cage net according to the design requirements.

2.Build a support structure: Build a support structure at the required location, such as piles or walls, to provide support for the stone cage net. The type and method of support structure depends on the specific engineering requirements and land conditions.

3.Building lifting equipment: If you need to use lifting equipment to install large gabion nets, to ensure that the lifting equipment is stable and meets the safety requirements. The lifting equipment is placed in the appropriate position so that the stone cage net can be handled and installed smoothly.

4.Installation of stone cage net: the pre-made hexagonal stone cage net basket is placed in the predetermined position. Ensure that the gabion net is vertical and horizontal with the support structure. As needed, temporary supports, such as stakes or bricks, can be used to support and stabilize the gabion nets until they are filled.

5.Fill filler: Use suitable filler, such as stones, rocks or concrete, etc., to fill filler in the gabion net basket. When filling, the filler should be evenly distributed, and pay attention to the compactness of the filler to ensure that the stone cage net after filling has good stability and pressure resistance.

6.Fixed connection: at the junction of the adjacent stone cage basket, the use of joint clips, bolts or steel wires and other tools for fixed connection to ensure the continuity and stability between the stone cage basket.

7.Perfect the details: During the installation process, ensure that there is no significant gap or loosening between each unit of the gabion net basket. If necessary, trim and adjust the filler to make the surface of the gabion net flat and meet the design requirements.

8.Completion inspection: After the installation is completed, the final inspection and evaluation are carried out to ensure the installation quality and stability of the hexagonal gabion net. Check for loosening, deformation or other problems, and make necessary repairs and adjustments.
